It was another difficult game for Turkey but they somehow managed to prevail over the Polish rival.

After a good start and taking the first set, Giovanni Guidetti’s side had a lot of difficulties in the second set, however, they won the extended set to double the lead 2-0!

Poland didn’t want to surrender that easy so they pushed the game to the fourth set and that was the last in this game, as Turkey won it to clinch the game.

Meryem Boz was the top scorer in Turkey with 26 points, while on the other side the star of Poland Malwina Smarzek had 25!

In the quarterfinals, the Turkish team will meet Russia.
