Azerbaijan
In the CEV Golden European League, Belarus and Slovakia were first teams to serve their fans in a five-setter, while Bulgaria and Croatia played straight-set victories on home courts. Azerbaijan were fortunate to experience the biggest crowd of supporters among the winners today, defeated Ukraine in four sets. The support of local fans was not enough for Spain, who faced a loss against the Czech Republic in three sets.
