Today, Austria expectedly defeated Georgia in straight sets while Sweden had a little problem with Estonia. The home team led 2-0 in sets when Swedish girls made a turnover and finished it in the tie-break. Isabelle Haak was the top scorer of the match with 31 points while Kertu Laak finished with 17 points (5 blocks) for Estonia.
Switzerland scored their first victory in Pool A and Albania crushed Israel in straight sets to score the second win in Pool B.
