In the 2nd leg of the Supercup finals, Logroño barely avoided the Golden Set against fierce rivals Fachadas Dimurol Libby’s (former Fígaro Peluqueros Haris).
Logroño beat their rivals by a 3-0 in the 1st leg on the road and needed to take two sets in the rematch to claim the trophy. But, Haris had another thing coming as they got themselves a 2-1 lead in sets and went close to winning one more to extend the match to the Golden Set. Still, mostly thanks to an experienced Spanish National Team outside hitter Helia González, Logroño managed to level at 2-2 and secure the trophy even before the tie-break, which they won as well.
This was the fourth Supercup title for the team from La Rioja province.
