The EuroMillions Volley League entered Playoff 1 stage (the second stage – top 9 teams from the regular season compete, divided into three groups of three) after which the top three teams from each pool, plus the best overall second-placed team, will advance to the Final 4.
No.4 from the regular season Lindemans Aalst defeated No.9 Van Pelt Zoersel in four sets in Pool C, partially 25-27, 25-19, 25-20, 25-12. The Pole Adrian Staszewski topped the winning side with 23 points (3 aces, 4 kill blocks), while the Frenchman Jhon Wendt added 4 kill blocks. Jeroen Oprins scored 22 points for Van Pelt.
No.7 Axis Guibertin beat No.6 VBC Waremme in Pool A by a 3-2.
