The Turkish side took the first set before Canada leveled the match. Türkiye regained the advantage in the third set, but the hosts forced a decider by winning the fourth. Türkiye then dominated the fifth set to secure its second win of the tournament’s opening week.

The victory gives Türkiye a positive finish ahead of the second week of competition, which will take place in Gliwice, Poland, from June 24-28.

Result:
Canada 2-3 Türkiye (21-25, 25-17, 23-25, 25-14, 8-15)
