Nina Cajic delivered the standout performance of the night, scoring a match-high 22 points after receiving late medical clearance to play following a hamstring injury. Her dominant display earned her the MVP award.

The match also marked captain Tijana Boskovic’s first appearance of this year’s Nations League, with the star opposite coming off the bench to score her first point of the tournament.

Germany remained within striking distance throughout the contest and leveled the third set at 23-23, but Cajic responded with a crucial point before a German attack error sealed Serbia’s straight-sets victory.

Branka Tica added 10 points for Serbia, while Masa Kirov contributed nine before leaving the court with an injury. Germany was led by Maria Tabacuks with 10 points.
