Brazil have won the fifth gold out of the seven tournaments of this FIVB’s competition. They have also two silver medals.
Today, in the last match of the tournament in Osaka, Brazil defeated Japan 3-0 and finished on the top with 12 points same like as Italy. But, this time sets have decided who will take the first and second place (Brazil 14-5, Italy 14-8).
Brazilian blocker Lucas Saatkamp once again was the top scorer with 16 points while Mauricio Borges followed him with 13 points. On the host side, Issei Otake scored 10 points.
