David Konecny
Konecny was the man of the season for TVB. Had a great game in the French Cup final, voted best opposite of the Ligue AM, and was the top scorer in two final games against Paris Volley.
“This season has been my best in France, and probably for the other players too. We will have great memories of this season” Konecny said.
He now has three league titles and four French Cups, this is the first time that Konecny won the title with Tours, and they also won the Supercup this season. “This is a great result for us. We were favorites throughout the season, we stayed focused. And we confirmed that we are the strongest team in France.“
Can he repeat such performance next year? “First, I think of the holidays. Then I will join my national team, we will play the European Championship. After that we will try to bring Tours another title” Konecny finished.
