Tours demonstrated grit and control securing a 3–1 victory (28–26, 18–25, 25–18, 25–20) against Plessis-Robinson in the second round of the French Marmara Spike Ligue.

After conceding the second set, the reigning French champions quickly regrouped to dominate the next two. Slovenian newcomer Nik Mujanovic was once again outstanding, scoring 26 points through sharp attacks, aces, and solid blocks.
This result confirms Tours’ strong start to the season following their earlier 3–0 win against Ajaccio. With two straight victories, they now share the top spot with Montpellier, Tourcoing and Narbonne, trio also in winning form.
Le Plessis-Robinson, coming off a surprise win over Chaumont, couldn’t maintain their momentum.
