The headline story came from Montpellier, who moved up to second place after a solid 3–1 home victory over Ajaccio. It was Montpellier’s 11th straight home win and a timely boost as the season enters a decisive phase. With the three points, Montpellier now sit on 40 points, just one behind leaders Tours, who still have a game to play.

In the capital, Paris earned a hard-fought 3–1 win against Chaumont in a match full of momentum swings. Paris showed greater composure in the key moments, especially in a dramatic third set, to secure three valuable points and stay firmly in the playoff hunt.

One of the surprises of the round came in Plessis-Robinson, where Nice claimed an impressive straight-sets road win over Plessis-Robinson. At home, Poitiers made quick work of St-Nazaire, cruising to a 3–0 victory in just over an hour. The result highlighted Poitiers’ efficiency and balance, as they dominated from start to finish.

Finally, Tourcoing had to dig deep to avoid an upset against Sète. After taking a commanding 2–0 lead, Tourcoing were pulled back into the match before regrouping to win the tie-break. The victory brought two points, but not enough to stop them slipping behind Montpellier in the standings.
