Poitiers prevailed 25-21, 23-25, 23-25, 25-20, 15-11 in front of 2,400 home fans.
Kevin Kobrine led Poitiers with 29 points, including two aces and two blocks, and was named MVP. Thomas Pujol added 21 points.
Chaumont rallied to beat Plessis-Robinson 3-2 (23-25, 19-25, 25-19, 25-20, 15-13) after surrendering a two-set lead. Jacob Pasteur scored 27 points, while Alex Saaremaa added 14 as Chaumont secured its sixth win of the season and moved six points clear of last-placed Ajaccio.
Narbonne swept Paris 3-0 (26-24, 25-23, 25-17) third consecutive victory. Michael Czerwinski scored 19 points, Pelegrin Vargas added 14.
Earlier in the round, Tourcoing defeated Toulouse 3-1 on Thursday, while Sète and Nice each claimed victories on Friday. Round 22 concludes with Cannes hosting second-placed Montpellier.
