A day after Eavrin got a suspended three-month prison sentence, his lawyer informed that he will definitely appeal to this Montpellier’s court decision.

The French international is suspected of being involved in a brawl at nightclub in Montpellier in August 2012.
“I talked to Earvin on the phone. He was very angry with the sentence and he expressed his desire to appeal against this decision issued on Tuesday by the Criminal Court of Montpellier” said Ms. Baptiste Scherre, Ngapeth’s lawyer!
