Firstly, it was the second placed Tours that got defeated by Beauvais on the road. The reigning champions took the opening lead, but then the hosts won three sets in a row and closed the game! Therefore, the leaders on the standings Sete had a big chance to increase their lead on the standings…
However, Sete suffered a defeat against Nantes away! It was the same scenario like in the game that we have already described. The leaders started the match well and clinched the 1st set, however then they stopped! Nantes took over the control over the game and scored a huge win – 3-1!
Two rounds before the end of the regular season, Sete have 54 points, Tours are at 52, while Paris have 50…
