Forced to shorten the list of 14 players for the Final Six of the 2016 FIVB World League to 12 players, the “Team Yavbou” coach decided to do cross out Julien Lyneel and Horacio D’Almeida.
Tillie explained his decision with the fact that Nicolas Maréchal and Trévor Clévenot played more games last season comparing to Lyneel. As for D’Almeida, Tillie said other middle blockers have more experience in the national team.
