Ziga-Stern
A 24-year-old Slovenia national team member Žiga Štern agreed to terms with Stade Poitevin Volley Beach for the second part of the season.
Štern started the season with Poitiers’ rivals in Ligue A, Tours Volley-Ball, with whom he terminated the contract by mutual agreement at the end of 2017. Last season, he was the second best scorer of the group stage in the CEV Champions League, playing with ACH Volley Ljubljana.
Štern will replace the Brazilian outside hitter Jônatas Cardoso „Negão“, who moved to the Greek club Panathinaikos A.O.
