FRA M: Dutch-Hungarian duo Ter Maat and Gergye keeps Paris on top

Paris Volley defeated GFC Ajaccio Volley-Ball in Round 16 of the French men’s volleyball championship Ligue A to stay at the top of the standings.

Led by the Dutch Wouter ter Maat and Hungarian Roland Gergye, who notched 24 and 22 points, respectively, Paris defeated Ajaccio by a 3-1 (21-25, 25-19, 25-17, 25-22) to stay at the top of Ligue A.

The defending champs Chaumont Volley-Ball 52 Haute-Marne prevailed against Arago de Sète Volley-Ball in four sets to stay close to Paris in the standings, while Tours Volley-Ball beat Montpellier Volley Université Club in four sets as well to remain the third-placed.
