Tourcoing
The newcomers in the French top division Tourcoing Volley-Ball are doing quite well in the tournament as they are at No.4 in the standings at the moment. They have the strength to keep the high level of play in the national cup – Coupe de France – as well as they advanced to the final!
In the semifinal encounter on the road, Tourcoing saved three match balls of their rivals Stade Poitevin Volley Beach (Poitiers) before claiming the spot in the final with a 3-2 win.
In the final on March 10th, they will meet national champions Chaumont Volley-Ball 52 Haute-Marne, who eliminated Nantes Rezé Métropole Volley at home, by a 3-0.
