The opponent in the final of the defending champion will be determined in the last semi-final on Sunday afternoon between Allianz MTV Stuttgart and VC Wiesbaden.
For the second year in a row the Schwerin SC will play the final in this hall. The Cup Winners of 2012 win a real thriller with 3:2 (17:25, 25:19, 25:21, 19:25, 15:13) Rote Raben Vilsbiburg. In the deciding tiebreak Schwerin was initially clear with 5:1 and 8:3 in front, but then let the hosts approaching within one point. The Champions League play-off participants Schwerin converted the second match point and won the tiebreak.
The last finalist will determined on Sunday in the Stuttgart SCHARRena. There will meet Allianz MTV and VC Wiesbaden.
