Croatian national team setter, Karla Antunović, has officially joined German volleyball powerhouse SSC Palmberg Schwerin. The 22-year-old is set to replace another Croatian, Vedrana Jaksetić, who sustained a knee injury at the season-opening Sparda-Bank Supercup and is expected to be out for the rest of the season.
Antunović, who was previously with SC Potsdam, is recognized as a rising talent in European volleyball. Her move to Schwerin offers the team depth and new options on the court, with her debut expected in the upcoming match against VfB Suhl.
