SSC Palmberg Schwerin booked their place in the Bundesliga semifinals with a straight-sets win over Ladies in Black Aachen, sealing the quarterfinal series 2–1. The defending champions prevailed 3–0 (25–18, 25–19, 25–22) in front of a packed Palmberg Arena.
After a shaky outing in Aachen earlier in the series, Schwerin responded with a focused and aggressive display. Strong serving, effective blocking, and consistent attacking control saw the hosts dominate key phases of all three sets, despite a late push from Aachen in the third. Jet Kok led the scoring with 16 points.
The result completes the semifinal lineup. Schwerin will face VfB Suhl LOTTO Thüringen, while Allianz MTV Stuttgart take on Dresdner SC.
In the other quarterfinals, Stuttgart advanced comfortably against Schwarz-Weiß Erfurt, and Suhl swept past VC Wiesbaden. Dresden needed five sets in a tight decider against USC Münster to secure its spot.
