VfB Friedrichshafen secured the final place in the Volleyball Bundesliga semifinals with a convincing 3–0 (25:18, 25:20, 25:19) victory over Barock Volleys MTV Ludwigsburg.
After being taken to a decisive third match, Friedrichshafen delivered a composed response, with MVP Jonas Van Huizen leading the effort. Vojin Ćaćić provided attacking power, while Louis Kunstmann sealed the win at the net.
Ludwigsburg competed strongly but fell short in important moments, ending an impressive debut campaign.
Friedrichshafen will now face Berlin Recycling Volleys in the semifinals, while SVG Lüneburg take on SWD powervolleys Düren.
