GER W: Schweriner still chases pole position, Berlin too weak

by WoV

SC Schweriner still doesn’t allow Dresdner SC to get rid of them in the fight for the pole position in Bundesliga before the playoff.

Schweriner defeated home VCO Berlin Team by 3 sets to 0, with partial 25-20, 25-23, 25-20 in the match of the 23rd round.

Maybe it was a straight victory but it was everything but not easy, although Berlin is peerless at the bottom of the table.

Thus, Schweriner skipped Allianz MTV Stuttgart and claimed the second place. Also, it approached Dresdner to 3 points.

Saskia Hippe collected 18 and Jana-Franziska Poll 14 points for the winning team. Vanessa Agbortabi with 15 and Nele Iwohn with 12 stood out in Berlin.
