BR Volleys fans
After a great battle in the women’s finals in which Galatasaray prevailed over Dinamo Krasnodar, a very similar game was played in the men’s competition!
BR Volleys scored a tie-break win over Gazprom-Yugra in the 1st leg of the CEV Cup Finals! The German side had the lead by 1-0 and 2-1 in sets, however the visitors refused the surrender! Gazprom-Yugra managed to take this game into the 5th set, but… BR Volleys ended up as winners after all – 15:11 in the tie-break for the hosts!
Paul Carroll of BR Volleys was the top scorer of the game with 23 points.
The 2nd leg will be played on April 2.
