VFB Friedrichshafen have to beat PARIS Volley in Pool C 3-0 or 3-1, on the other hand PGE Skra BELCHATOW must win against S.C.M. “U” CRAIOVA in straight sets in Pool D.
To motivate the fans, VfB head coach Vital Heynen came up with another idea after spending drinks after the game against Zenit KAZAN a few weeks ago. Now he wants to spend a breakfast box for every spectator in ZF Arena on Thursday after the match against PARIS. From 7 to 10 am, the players and Heynen will wait for the fans at three different locations in town.
“They do something for us and help us make it to the next round on a Wednesday evening, so it’s just fair to get up early on Thursday to do something for them as well.”
About the match he said:
“We must beat PARIS Volley clearly, that’s all we can do. On the other hand, we have to hope for a little help from Poland. It sounds pretty difficult but in the end it’s quite easy. We have to win and BELCHATOW have to do the same. Then we are through to the next round.” said Heynen.
