The German Volleyball League (DVL) allowed Netzhopper KW-Bestensee to hire foreign players. Jakub Rybnicek and Kamil Ratajczak can now play for the German team in the Bundesliga.

This was only part of the penalty, because the licencing reqiurements were not met. The other part was a four point deduction.
