Panionios pulled off another impressive turnaround, defeating AO Thiras 3–1 (20-25, 25-15, 25-20, 25-22) in the 4th round of the Greek Women’s Volley League marking their second comeback victory over the same opponent in just three days.

AO Thiras, playing once again without Symone Abbott, started strong and claimed the opening set 25–20. But from the second set onward, Rahimova completely changed the game’s flow. With powerful serves and calm leadership, she delivered an outstanding performance, finishing with 11 aces and leading Panionios to victory.
The second set was all Panionios, who quickly pulled ahead to 14–3 and closed it 25–15. The third set was more balanced, as AO Thiras fought back to 20–20, but Atanasevic’s consistent attacks helped Panionios take it 25–20.
In the fourth set, AO Thiras jumped ahead 9–4, but Panionios responded with a strong 10–1 run, turning the score to 17–11. Despite Thiras closing in at 23–22, Rahimova sealed the win with a powerful spike followed by her 11th ace, ending the match in style.
