After dropping the opening two sets, Olympiacos regrouped behind strong serving and disciplined defense, turning the momentum of the match in their favor. Setter Maximiliano Cavanna controlled the tempo, while Aleksandar Atanasijevic delivered in key moments, leading the winners with 25 points, including five aces.

Panathinaikos appeared in control early, using pressure from the serve line and effective blocking to take a 2–0 lead. But as the match wore on, Olympiacos’ substitutions proved decisive, tightening the backcourt and creating more attacking options.

The turning point came in a tense fourth set, where Olympiacos survived late pressure to win 26–24 and force a tie-break. In the deciding set, Olympiacos dominated from the start, racing to an early lead and closing out the match 15–9.

The victory gave Olympiacos their second trophy of the season and capped one of the most dramatic Super Cup finals in recent years.
