Olympiacos SFP announced the signing of American opposite hitter Taylor Bannister for the upcoming season.
The 25-year-old joins Olympiacos after a strong season with DevelopRes Rzeszów. Before her move to Poland, Bannister spent four successful years with Vasas Óbuda, winning four Hungarian league titles and four national cups while earning several MVP and individual awards.
Bannister said she is excited to join the Greek club and aims to help the team win trophies this season.
“I’m very happy to be here,” Bannister said. “My goal is for us to win as many trophies as possible, and I look forward to seeing our fans at the matches.”
Among her career honors are four Hungarian championships, four Hungarian Cups, a MEVZA title and multiple MVP distinctions.
