Coach of Greece

We will define our goal as we progress through the Pool.  We have to play against strong and experienced teams, but for sure we will try to do our best.  By participating in such a prestigious tournament we have the privilege to play a series of tough matches and the outcome will help us see what we need to improve on in order to reach the level we want,” commented head coach of Greece Ioannis Kalmazidis.

About the upcoming matches against Poland, he added:  “Poland is a traditional Volleyball power with huge achievements in both genders and as I said before every match against such an opponent is a great challenge for my team.”

The double-header between Poland and Greece will take place today in Milicz and on Sunday in Walbrzych, starting at 14:30 local time on both days.
