When things started to look pretty bad for PAOK in the fourth set, Javier Jimenez got replaced. While he was walking toward the corner of the gym one fan of Foiniks Syros through a glass of soda toward the Cuban player!
Jimenez reacted immediately. He picked up a medicine ball, which weighs 4 pounds, and through it toward the crowd! The referee stopped the game for a while due to this incident. The Greek Volleyball League has scheduled a hearing for Friday on which Cuban player will have to explain his behaviour.
Foinikas Syros defeated PAOK by 3-1.
