Saugella Monza took the first derby of the season, overcoming Unet e-Work Busto Arsizio at home by a 3-1 (25-13, 25-22, 21-25, 25-22). Belgian Lise van Hecke was the best scorer on the winning side with 20 points, while Anna Danesi made 4 blocks. Camilla Mingardi tallied 23 points.
