Conegliano – Piacenza
PIACENZA played without Zilio, Turlea, Leggeri and Sansonna but won the fist two sets smoothly. In the third set the host returned to win. It was a hard-fought fourth set but the guest eventually won.
Both teams weren’t efficient in the attack (34% CONEGLIANO, 38% PIACENZA), and the better block was key to victory.
Nicolini was named the MVP, she had 16 points, 52% attack. Meijners had 22 points and was the top scorer.
