Lube Macerata team and staff for season 2013/2014
In this first week of training, last season’s second team after the league phase of Serie A1 and semifinalist of the play-off, will work every day until Saturday morning, and will enjoy a day and a half of rest.
Their training sessions, technical and those provided in the weight room, will be held at the “Palasport Fontescodella”, while the athletic training will be held at the stadium “Helvia Recina” in Macerata.
Here is the complete program of Lube’s the first week of work which, in addition to the one today, includes two more double sessions on Wednesday and Friday.
MONDAY: Weights – Technical
TUESDAY: Athletics – Medical examinations (at the Medical Sports Center “Terme Saant Lucia” in Civitanova Marche)
WEDNESDAY: Weights – Technical
THURSDAY: Athletics – Rest
FRIDAY: Weights – Technical
SATURDAY: Athletics – Rest
SUNDAY: Rest – Rest
