Marco Mencarelli, Italian head coach
After a few hours of rest, the “azzurre” will travel tomorrow at 2:50 PM from Rome to Zurich, where they will be engaged in the first phase of the European Championship (first match on Friday, September 6 against Switzerland).
Marco Mencarelli announced the list of 14 players who will take part in the event:
Setters: Letizia Camera and Noemi Signorile,
Receivers: Carolina Costagrande, Cristina Barcellini, Caterina and Lucia Bosetti,
Middle blockers: Martina Guiggi, Valentina Arrighetti, Raphaela Folie and Cristina Chirichella,
Opposites: Valentina Diouf and Indre Sorokaite,
Liberos: Monica De Gennaro and Alessia Gennari.
