The hosts were not sharp in attack in the first set and did not make the most of the good work done at the net. White led the way in the second set as the team found its fighting spirit. Verona took the next set too, which was “one to forget” because pf many serving mistakes. The game ended on a very tight fourth set as both teams refused to give up.
