The sixth round of the Serie A1 Tigotà Regular Season closed with two defining Thursday night clashes: Numia Vero Volley Milano’s away victory in Perugia and CBF Balducci HR Macerata’s dominant home performance over San Giovanni in Marignano.
At the Pala Barton Energy Arena, Milano proved too strong for Bartoccini MC Restauri Perugia, claiming a straight-sets win (25–20, 25–23, 25–17). Despite Perugia’s promising start, the visitors, guided by coach Stefano Lavarini, imposed their rhythm with superior serving and defense. Khalia Lanier was named MVP after scoring 13 points, matching Paola Egonu’s total, while Anna Danesi added 7 points and 5 blocks. Elena Pietrini contributed with 12 points. Perugia’s Beatrice Gardini led her side with 11 points, but offensive struggles limited the team’s chances.
In Macerata, the atmosphere was electric as the home side secured a vital 3–0 win over Omag-MT San Giovanni in Marignano (25–23, 25–20, 25–18). The CBF Balducci HR dominated from start to finish, displaying control and composure across all sets.
Isidora Kockarevic earned the MVP award with 15 points and 2 aces, while Kokkonen topped the scoresheet with 16. For the visitors, Edinara Brancher led with 13 points, but errors and a strong Macerata serve made the difference.
