The spotlight was on Turin, where Prosecco Doc A. Carraro Imoco Conegliano edged past Reale Mutua Fenera Chieri in a gripping five-set battle played in front of 3,500 fans. Chieri pushed the champions to the limit, even leading 2–1, but Conegliano found another gear when it mattered most, closing the tie-break 15–12. Isabelle Haak and Anett Németh both finished on 21 points, with Haak earning MVP honors.

The result opened the door for Savino Del Bene Scandicci, who moved closer to the top with a confident 3–0 away win over UYBA Busto Arsizio. Scandicci set the tempo from the start, with Sarah Franklin leading the attack as the Tuscan side climbed to within two points of the leaders.

No problems either for Vero Volley Milano, who swept aside Bartoccini-MC Restauri Perugia in straight sets. Paola Egonu was again the main reference in attack, as Milano strengthened their hold on third place.

Good news also came for Il Bisonte Firenze, back in the playoff zone after a solid 3–0 win against Cuneo Granda Volley. The match stayed competitive, but Firenze showed more calm in the key moments.

The story of the day, though, belonged to Megabox Ond. Savio Vallefoglia. Trailing 2–0 in Bergamo, Vallefoglia refused to give in, turning the match around to win at the tie-break and extend their league winning streak to eight. Bici led the scoring, while Ungureanu’s all-around performance earned her MVP.
