Not easy to leave after three successful years in a club in which he made great friends. But it’s time for Matteo Piano to face a new challenge as he signed for Modena. He’s one of the men of the moment, having registered an unbelievable 8 blocks in the second game of the triumphant World League weekend for Italy in Brazil. “I will remember all the emotions – he said – It was amazing to win the A2 with a group of friends, and it was amazing to be part of a project which aim was to “build a beautiful castle”.
