Helena Havelková had 18 while Ekaterina Lyubushkina scored 17 for Busto.
The team led by the coach Marco Gaspari will start its semifinal series on Saturday when it will face Igor Gorgonzola Novara, the team that dominated in the regular season. The series will be played to 3 wins.
