Padova vs. Verona
It was the 4th defeat for Verona in the last 5 games of the Italian Championship, so perhaps it was time that someone press the alarm button… Piero Rebaudengo, CEO of the club, was not happy after the game in Padova.
“If we do not play at a certain level then we will make a bad impression. Unfortunately, it happened this time. I have nothing more to add. On Monday morning we will have a meeting with the management of the company and we are about to see if there will be any changes.”
Verona are currently placed at the 5th spot in Serie A1 with 10 wins and 8 defeats.
