Piacenza grabbed jackpot No.2 on the transfer market in their intentions to create a competitive team for 2016/17 in Italian Championship but also for the obligations in European competition – the CEV Challenge Cup.
After the formalization of the return of Leonel Marshall, Piacenza brought back the second player so far – occasional member of Italy’s National Team, Aimone Alletti.
The middle blocker spent previous season in Revivre Milano, but played in Piacenza twice – 2005/06 and 2014/15.
