It’s all clear! Japan, Italy, South Korea and Netherlands will play at the Olympic Games 2016!
Italy defeated Japan by 3-2 in the last match of the Round 6 at the World Olympic Qualifier and that was the score that suited both sides!
Japan has therefore jumped to 12 points with the set ratio 15:8, so Thailand has no chance to reach the 4th place any more (9 points, 12:12 set ratio).
The top scorers in Italy were Antenella Del Core with 22 points, Miriam Fatima Sylla with 18 points, Paola Egonu with 18 points and Christina Chirichella with 15 points.
On the other side, Saori Kimura had a fantastic performance with 31 points.
