In the previous season Fromm played for vice-champion Sir Safety Conad PERUGIA but he did not have many minutes in the game.
“I signed for one year at Monza, primarily to play again and to take responsibility” said Fromm and added:
“Monza have a very good concept for the next season so I believe that everything will be perfect.”
