Young Greek opposite hitter Georgios Tzioumakas was released by Italian vice champions Sir Safety Conad Peugia and concluded a verbal deal with Piacenza. Official announcement is still on hold.
Tzioumakas did not get much of a chance to play last season since Serbian Aleksandar Atanasaijević was untouchable on his position.
Now, the 21-year-old Greek player wil seek for a new chance to prove himself in Serie A1 in renovated team of Piacenza.
