Did you miss playing volleyball since you have been free of duties in Serbia National Team this summer?
„After a break of two and a half or three months this summer, because I was not part of the national team, I missed volleyball. And to strat the season like this is really nice. We finished last season by winning exactly here and opened this season with win as well so the feeling is great,“ Petrić stated for WoV.
How do you like new format of the Super Cup?
„It’s different, more interesting and it’s bigger spectacle for the fans. For us, one game of high quality more to prepare well for the upcoming season. I like it. I also expect another spectacle in the final,“ Serbian receiver added.
What do you think of newcomers in Modena?
„We changed roster a lot. New middle blockers arrived, new setter, too, which means that the rhythm of the game is changed. New coach, new system… so many new things. I’m so glad we managed to find a rhythm, new guys fit in well so I think we are on the right path. Season will be long but our duty is to defend all the trophies. It’s nice to play here,“ Petrić said.
