This is what Kevin Le Roux said for WorldofVolley after his Modena seized the 1st trophy in the 2016/17 season.
“It was not easy, really. In the first game, in the semifinals, we had a very close game too. Now, we won beacuse we took a few important points at the end and because we blocked well. Also, I think the service made the difference tonight. We didn’t serve well at the beginning, but at the end we tried to push it a littlebit and it was the right call. We made it difficult for them to organize good attacks.”
Le Roux was also very thrilled about the atmosphere inside the PalaPanini Hall.
“I like these fans a lot. I played against them last season. I like this whole ambient. They are really friendly, they will never let you down. I simply like this mentality.”
