ITA W: Another member of Eczacıbaşı line-up going away – Tijana Bošković!?

For a team of Eczacıbaşı VitrA’s reputation, bronze medal in the 2017 Women’s Volleyball CEV Champions League is not satisfying. That is why Turkish side plans to completely renovate its roster for the next season.

After some media launched a rumor that Russian star Tatyana Kosheleva might end up in Imoco Volley Conegliano from Italy in 2017/2018, another player from Eczacıbaşı’s line-up is linked with the transfer to Serie A1. Serbian opposite Tijana Bošković, one of the most productive players of Istanbul team and definitely one of the best world’s U21 Women’s volleyball players, might join Liu Jo Nordmeccanica Modena on a loan, reveals Gian Luca Pasini.

Does this mean Modena are about to let go her compatriot, also an opposite, Jovana Brakočević-Canzian…?

I would love to see Boskovic playing in Italy. I find the Italian League more competitive than Turkish League. And Boskovic is only 20, moving on to a different league will just help her improve her game.

She will leave because Nesli, even though she has years, must play and she didn’t play so much last season. That’s the main reason
