As we wrote in July, Cucine Lube Civitanova, who last year won the Scudetto and Italian Cup will face Azimut Modena while Diatec Trentino will play against Sir Safety Conad Perugia.
Italian Volleyball Federation announced the schedule of Del Monte Supercup 2017
Semifinals, Saturday, October 7
16:00 CET – Cucine Lube Civitanova – Azimut Modena
19:00 CET – Diatec Trentino – Sir Safety Conad Perugia
Sunday, October 8
15:00 CET – Match for the third place
18:00 CET – Final
***The new regulations provide that in the Italian Supercup 2017 will participate- the finalists of the Scudetto and Italian Cup. So, the first semifinal match in Supercup 2017 will be the winner of the Scudetto and the loser of the Italian Cup, and the second will be the winner of the Italian Cup and the “runner up” in the league. But, in both competitions, the finals played Lube and Trentino. So, the spot in the Italian Supercup 2017 will take the next two teams from the regular season: Perugia and Modena.
