He injured his right shoulder after the accident about a month ago during a workout.
The surgery will be performed by Dr. Giuseppe Porcellini, at the Civil Hospital “Cervesi“.
Zingel will be accompanied by the Team Manager Gian Andrea Marchesi, who will follow the athlete in his short stay in the hospital, then they will return to Verona (scheduled for the afternoon of Wednesday). Zingel will be immediately entrusted to the care of the medical staff and the Head Giorgio Pasetto.
